THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it FanDuel is looking for a Product Designer to join our Casino UX&D team. In this role, you’ll help shape end-to-end product experiences by partnering closely with product, engineering, research, and data to design intuitive, visually engaging, and high-performing experiences. You’ll work across discovery, concepting, and execution—solving complex interaction problems, experimenting with AI-enabled design workflows, and rapidly iterating based on user insights and performance data. This role is ideal for a designer operating at a senior level of impact who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play In this role, you will focus on the following: Apply modern UI patterns, responsive design techniques, and component-driven practices across Web,iOSand Android platforms. Deliver visually polished,user-centered designs with a high bar for craft,qualityand consistency. Demonstrate strong graphic design fundamentals including layout, typography, color, iconography, and illustration withpixel-perfect, high-fidelity execution and exceptional attention to detail. Design within established brand guidelines, design systems, and accessibility standards. AI Design Practice Actively using AI as part of your design process, from ideation throughdelivery,toworkefficientlyand more creatively. Contribute ideas on how AI can enhance both player experiences and internal design workflows. UtilizeExperience using tools such as Cursorand/orFigmaMake to enhance and drive ideationthroughAItooling. User Research & Insights Leveragequalitative and quantitative researchmethods(usability tests, interviews, analytics, competitiveanalysis) to informdesigndecisions. Translate insights into clear design requirements andvalidatesolutions through testing or experimentation. Prototyping & Interaction Design Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for cross-platform experiences. Build interactive prototypes to communicate interactions and support user testing andengineering handoffs. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and UX researchers through discovery and delivery. Contribute to requirement shaping, design critiques, sprint rituals, and cross-functional alignment. Refine designs using data, feedback, usability insights, and experimentation results. Clearly document decisions, articulate trade-offs, and evolve solutions over time. Design Advocacy & Culture Promote user-centered and responsible gaming design best practices. Supportthe evolution of design systemsand contribute to a strong,inclusive, andcollaborative design culture. Industry & Domain Experience Bring experience and perspective from the gaming industry, entertainment, or similar digital products. Apply domain knowledge to influence design decisions, elevate quality, andanticipateuser expectations. Motion Design & Animation (Bonus) Create purposeful animations and micro-interactionsthat enhance clarity, responsiveness, and delight. Use motion thoughtfully to reinforce brand, communicate system feedback, and improve comprehension. THE STATS What we're looking for in our next teammate Experience : 3-5 years in product design,Product Design, or a related role. Technical Skills :Proficiencyin Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools; familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, After Effects) is a plus. Experience and knowledge in both designing for iOS platforms and responsive web experiences (A must have) Visual Design :Strong foundationin layout, typography, and color theory. Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for improvements and the drive to create industry leading iGaming experiences User Research : Experience conducting usability studies and analyzing qualitative/quantitative data. Communication : Excellentstorytelling, collaboration, and communication skills Problem-Solving : Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. The applicable salary range for this position is $94,000 - $117,500 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
