Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to join our marketing team at Modi Naturals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing and growing FMCG brands with a focus on digital marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing brand campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand positioning, awareness, and market share in the food FMCG sector.

2. Lead and manage digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, SEO, social media, influencer marketing, and content creation.

3. Drive brand activation through innovative campaigns across GT, MT, and e-commerce channels, ensuring seamless execution across platforms.

4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including creative and media agencies, to create high-impact communication that resonates with target consumers.

5. Conduct market research and consumer insights to inform brand strategies, identify growth opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends.

6. Analyze brand performance, including sales, market share, and consumer feedback, to optimize strategies and ensure brand health.

7. Manage product launches and promotional activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.

8. Work closely with the sales team to develop in-store activations, promotions, and merchandising strategies for GT and MT channels.

9. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, adjusting brand strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in FMCG/FMCD Sector: 3-6 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG or FMCD sectors.

Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing, including performance marketing, content creation, social media, and influencer collaborations.

Channel Knowledge: Hands-on experience in managing brand presence across GT, MT, and e-commerce channels, understanding the nuances of each space.

Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in analysing market trends, consumer insights, and brand performance metrics, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Budget Management: Experience in managing marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.

Education:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
