Senior Managing Director--Public Accounting-Fast Track to Partner!

$175,000-$200,000 base salary + up to 20% bonus potential

A growing public accounting firm is seeking a seasoned Senior Managing Director to lead its Towson office and drive local market growth. This leadership role combines client relationship management, team leadership, and business development, with strong autonomy and long-term growth potential. This position is HYBRID with 3 days in office/onsite and 2 days work from home.

Key Job Responsibilities for the Senior Managing Director:

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
• CPA
• 15+ years in public accounting (Audit, Tax, or Advisory)
• Proven leadership and business development success
• Strong executive presence and client-facing skills
