Account Coordinator
Deckel and Moneypenny, Louisville, KY, United States
Duration: Full Time
We're an independent agency that builds physical brand experiences and live events for clients across a range of industries. Every project ships on a deadline, in front of real people, in a real room.
We're looking for someone who gets things done. Someone who reads an email and follows up, makes the call, tracks the detail, and doesn't wait to be told twice. If you want to learn the business of experiential marketing by actually doing it — this is the job.
What you'll do
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics for client exhibit and event programs — timelines, vendors, shipping, setup
- Be a point of contact for clients on active projects; keep them informed and on schedule
- Review creative and production work to make sure it's accurate and on-brand before it goes out
- Manage multiple projects at once and flag issues before they become problems
- Learn what makes each client's business tick: their market, their goals, their audience
- Support the team on proposals and presentations when needed
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure programs remain within approved scope
- Travel on‑site during tradeshows and live activations as required
- Coordinate setup, live execution, troubleshooting, and breakdown with confidence
You're a fit if you...
- Follow through consistently
- Communicate clearly, especially in writing
- Handle fast-moving schedules without losing the details
- Are comfortable talking directly with clients
- Want to grow in a hands-on environment, not just observe
Preferred Background
- Degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field
- Internship or event experience a plus
- CTSM certification or interest in pursuing it a plus
- Recent grads welcome — we'll train the right person
About us
A note on who we are. D&M has been independently owned since 1964. We're not a big agency with a deep bench. Everyone here carries real responsibility from day one. You'll work directly with clients and alongside senior staff, not behind layers of process. That's exciting if you want to learn fast. It's the wrong fit if you're looking for a slow ramp.
