Sales & Operations Manager
to join our team in Reston. This is a unique hybrid role combining private dining & catering sales with restaurant operations leadership—ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships while staying hands-on in a high-energy environment. What You’ll Do Drive private dining, catering, and event sales from inquiry to execution Generate new business through networking, outreach, and cold calling Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently hit revenue goals Partner with the management team to ensure seamless event execution Support daily restaurant operations, team development, and guest experience as needed What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of private dining or catering sales in a restaurant environment 2+ years of restaurant operations or FOH management experience Proven ability to generate leads and close business Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission $100 monthly dining credit + company-wide discounts Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with up to 4% match Paid vacation and sick time Growth opportunities within a dynamic, expanding restaurant group
