Overview
Now hiring Property Manager – Location Albuquerque, NM. Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour. Shift: Mon - Sat.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily property operations and drive overall performance
Manage financials, including rent collection, budgeting, and reporting
Ensure high occupancy through effective leasing and marketing strategies
Lead, coach, and support leasing and maintenance teams
Maintain strong resident relationships and provide excellent customer service
Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and community upkeep
Monitor market trends to stay competitive
Qualifications
1-2 years of property management or related leadership experience
LIHTC experience required
Strong knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines
Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems
Proven leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused with a positive, professional approach
