What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations of the apartment community
Lead and support the onsite leasing and maintenance team
Resolve resident issues promptly and professionally
Monitor leasing activity and occupancy to meet performance goals
Use Entrata to manage resident records, leasing, and reporting
Ensure all leasing and operational processes follow Fair Housing regulations
Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor work, and curb appeal
Maintain accurate documentation for leases, inspections, and resident communication
Partner with corporate and ownership teams to achieve financial and operational targets
What You’ll Need to Succeed Required
Prior experience as a Property Manager
Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws
Strong leadership and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently
Experience with Entrata or similar property management software
Preferred
Experience with Entrata
Affordable housing experience (a plus, not required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Push or pull, stand, and walk (e.g., opening doors, arranging furniture)
Reach above shoulders (e.g., opening doors, storing supplies, inspecting property)
Grasp/grip/turn and use finger dexterity (e.g., typing, unlocking doors, handling packages)
Lifting/Carrying:
Over 50 lbs: Rare need (less than 1%)
10–25 lbs: Occasional need (1% to 33%)
Under 10 lbs: Frequent need (33% to 100%)
