What You’ll Be Doing (High-Level) as an Occupancy Specialist
Own
HUD compliance, recertifications, and subsidy processing
Monitor TRACS/MINC submissions and resolve discrepancies
Support
financial reporting, rent collections, and reconciliations
Assist with
property transitions, onboarding, and RAD conversions
Train and guide team members on compliance + systems
Step in as acting leader when needed
What Makes You an Occupancy Specialist
Strong experience with
LIHTC, HUD, TRACS, EIV (non-negotiable)
Background in
affordable housing or subsidy administration
Organized, detail-driven, and confident juggling multiple priorities
Comfortable leading, training, and collaborating with teams
