Overview
As a Field Superintendent, you will oversee construction projects by organizing, planning, and scheduling tasks to complete work on time and within budget. Under the direction of the Project/Lead Superintendent, you will play a vital role in ensuring project success through effective coordination and communication of efforts. Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year. Responsibilities
Refine and implement site planning, logistics, and procedures for project execution while conducting surveys and verifying team members' work. Monitor and communicate the CPM progress schedule, coordinating with the overall project timeline and subcontractors. Enforce a comprehensive safety and security program in line with company policies. Implement and maintain the Quality Control program, conducting inspections and managing deficiency logs. Document project performance through daily reports and coordinate with inspection agencies for compliance. Facilitate dispute resolution processes and manage owner acceptance of completed work, assisting in project closeout activities as needed. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in ground-up commercial/multifamily construction Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field (preferred; not required) Proficient in Procore and scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 (Preferred) Benefits
