Delaware North Sportservice is hiring for seasonal Beer Vendors to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Beer Vendor, you will provide our guests the highest level of customer service while serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic refreshments on event and game days. Our Beer Vendors earn 10% commission on all sales in addition to tips! This position has unlimited earning potential for top sellers! When including commissions and tips, Vendors could earn up to $500 per game! Please note: This position is paid in commissions and tips. The minimum wage listed is paid if total commissions and tips do not meet minimum wage requirements. Hourly wage is not paid in addition to commission and tips. Pay

Assists guests seated within assigned section; calls out and sells alcohol and alcohol‑related products, while adhering to alcohol service regulations/laws Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures Hands items sold to guests after recording transaction into Point‑of‑Sale system Checks out items to replenish stock Stocks items assigned More about you
Must be at least 18 years old Previous bar‑tending or vending experience preferred Able to carry up to 50 lbs while walking up and down stairs for the duration of the game/event Excellent guest service skills Ability to complete required pre‑employment alcohol service training Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory Strong communication skills, including listening skills and ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Must be able to work flexible schedule depending on Lambeau Field events Physical requirements
Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time Able to carry up to 50 lbs while walking up and down stairs for the duration of the game/event Shift details
