Overview As a Fresh Cut Produce Clerk, you’ll be hands‑on with fresh fruits and vegetables—slicing, dicing, packaging produce, checking for freshness, maintaining clean prep areas, creating attractive displays, assisting with inventory management, restocking, and providing customer service.
Responsibilities
Prepare fresh produce by slicing, dicing, and packaging.
Check product freshness and follow food safety and handling guidelines.
Maintain clean and organized prep areas.
Create attractive displays for customers.
Assist with inventory management and restocking.
Provide customer service and assist customers.
Qualifications
Food prep experience preferred.
Knife skills and safety awareness.
Ability to identify quality produce and maintain freshness standards.
Friendly and helpful attitude with customer service skills.
Multitasking and time‑management abilities.
Commitment to cleanliness and organization.
Physical capability to stand extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Teamwork and willingness to support fellow associates.
