Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Property Manager located in Knoxville, TN. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of the property, including tenant relations, lease management, and ensuring occupancy goals. Responsibilities also include overseeing maintenance requests, preparing budgets, optimizing property income, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The Property Manager will work with a team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain the property at the highest standard.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of property management principles, budgeting, and tenant relations

Experience in leasing, tenant management, and maintaining high occupancy rates

Proficiency in property management software, record-keeping, and reporting

Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage staff and collaborate with a team

Familiarity with local property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

Ability to handle maintenance coordination and ensure property upkeep

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred

Previous experience as a Property Manager or in a related role is highly desirable

Customer-focused mindset and ability to develop strong client relationships
