Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of

Track engagement metrics, participation levels, and campaign performance to help optimize future events
Collaborate with team members on
training, coordination, and project execution
Contribute creative ideas to improve
event outreach, messaging, and campaign impact

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or administration is a plus but not required.
Qualifications

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Bachelor’s degree in
Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
preferred but not required
