Job Description
The Federal ISR Support Contractor is responsible for providing day‑to‑day operational support to Federal Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs), focusing on quoting, order placement, and account management. This role ensures deal accuracy, compliance with federal requirements, and an excellent experience for both internal sales teams and end customers. Key Responsibilities
Quoting support: create, modify, and validate sales quotes for Federal ISRs, ensuring accuracy of configuration, pricing, discounting, and alignment with contract vehicles and federal guidelines. Prepare supporting documentation for quotes such as SOWs, product lists, BOMs, renewal quotes, and submit and track pricing approvals, deal registrations, and exception requests. Order placement & management: convert approved quotes into accurate sales orders, validate purchase orders, monitor orders through the fulfillment lifecycle, resolve issues, partner with internal teams, and provide status updates to ISRs and customers. Account management support: maintain clean account data; assist with setting up or updating accounts; track key contract milestones; pull and distribute standard reports (pipeline, backlog, bookings, renewals, aging quotes); respond to ISR and customer inquiries. Operational excellence: follow established processes, SLAs, and controls; identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements; maintain product knowledge; support ad‑hoc projects and data clean‑up efforts.
