
Transaction Coordinator

Compensation Salary + Commission = $80,000-$110,000 [Base Pay is $2,000 per month & commission is % of company revenue. We will institute minimum salary guarantees in the Employment contract in range with the compensation mentioned above].
THIS IS A 1099 ROLE.
*** This is an in-office position/Monday-Friday 830am-530pm ***
*** Minimum 2 years of prior Transaction coordinating experience required ***
Responsibilities
Manage the company’s real estate transactions by acting as a liaison between the company and sellers, buyers, tenants, lenders, escrow company, and other parties involved in the transaction.
Monitoring critical dates, such as inspection periods, appraisal deadlines, loan contingencies, and closing dates, to keep the transaction on schedule.
Daily transaction check-ins to ensure the file is moving along according to schedule.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist in selling properties.
Working with escrow and title companies to verify funds, clear title issues, and prepare closing documents. They may also assist with final walk-throughs and ensure all conditions are met for closing.
Draft, organize, and review contracts, disclosures, addendums, and other paperwork. Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and properly executed.
Ensure that all necessary documents are completed accurately and submitted on time and in compliance.
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Real Estate or Administrative Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, escrow, title, or administrative roles is often required
ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A REQUIREMENT
Transaction Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, and closing processes is essential. Experience with residential or commercial transactions may be specified.
Customer Service: Prior roles involving client communication or coordination are beneficial due to the TC’s role as a liaison.
