Pay:
$25/hour or $52,000/annually.
Schedule:
Must be able to work holidays and a weekend day, as necessary.
Major Responsibilities
Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts – including many of the Fortune 500.
Manage our large inventory of world‑class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced and dynamic workspace.
Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Internship or related work experience in a customer‑facing role preferred.
Results‑oriented, attention to detail, and good time‑management skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
Position requires a current driver qualification file maintained as required by DOT regulations, including MVR check, DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records for the last 3 years. CDL holders subject to FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
Willingness to travel within the district, work the required schedule, and complete background investigation and drug screening.

Read, communicate verbally and/or in written form, remember and analyze information, and understand instructions or guidelines.
Stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, and reach; occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs (12 kg).
Close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus required.
