Parts Advisor
We are recruiting a Full‑time Parts Advisor who will provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer‑focused, and eager to grow within a supportive team.
Responsibilities
Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while delivering exceptional customer service.
Answer telephones and greet customers and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and professional counter area, workspace, and stockroom.
Coordinate with the Service Team to ensure timely parts support for repairs.
Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer needs.
Receive, unpack, and store parts in designated storage areas.
Maintain inventory controls and accurate records of goods received.
Process payments and obtain credit authorization.
Handle core returns, parts warranties, and parts returns as necessary.
Qualifications
Previous parts advisor experience (preferred).
Basic automotive components and systems knowledge.
Automotive dealership service experience (a plus).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong computer literacy.
Ability to build and maintain successful customer relationships.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable.
High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
