Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Solutions Consultant to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This is an on-site role that revolves around providing customized marketing solutions to clients, leveraging Norsan Media’s vast portfolio of media assets. The role involves interacting with clients to understand their business needs, developing innovative campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the effectiveness of delivered solutions. The consultant will collaborate closely with sales, creative, and technical teams to provide tailored strategies that meet clients’ objectives.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in creating marketing strategies and analyzing market trends
Experience in sales, client management, and building long-term client relationships
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and multimedia platforms
Organizational skills for managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the Hispanic market and bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
