Where no two days are the same.We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Policy NPC Designer / Solution Architect to join our team and lead the design and technical definition of Policy NPC solutions in complex telecom environments. This role is focused on architecture and solution design, from requirements analysis to detailed design, ensuring that Policy NPC solutions are compliant with 3GPP standards, scalable, cloud-ready, and aligned with customer and business requirements.## YOUR ROLE* Analyze customer, business, and network requirements related to Policy Control (NPC)* Define product-level and solution-level implementations for Policy NPC* Design High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) architectures, including:* Logical and functional architecture* IP and network design* Define detailed use cases and call flows, aligned with:* Statement of Work (SoW)* 3GPP standards* Design, develop, and validate policy rules and policy flows* Specify interfaces and integrations (e.g. Gx, Rx, Sy, HTTP/REST)* Prepare and maintain high quality technical documentation:* HLD* LLD* CIQ* Design and technical specifications* Define test strategies and validation approaches, including:* SVS* Test lists and acceptance criteria* Support integration and deployment teams by:* Clarifying design intent* Participating in technical reviews* Supporting issue resolution from a design perspective* Participate in Go Live and migration planning from a design and risk perspective* Conduct technical risk analysis and produce design and tracking reports* Act as a technical reference for Policy NPC design within the project## YOUR PROFILEPolicy & Core Network* Proven experience in Telco software solution design and/or system integration* Strong expertise in Policy Control solutions, including NPC* Solid understanding of 4G / 5G Core Network architectures* Experience with policy interaction across Core Network nodes and charging systems* Familiarity with Policy solutions such as:* NPC* 5780 DSC* SPS P (or equivalent)Protocols & Standards* Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and telecom protocols:* Diameter (Gx, Rx, Sy)* HTTP / HTTP2* SIP* SOAP XML, REST* SNMP, Sigtran* Solid understanding of international standards:* 3GPP* ETSICloud, Platforms & Databases* Experience designing solutions for virtualized and cloud-native environments:* VNF* CNF* Knowledge of platforms and technologies such as:* CBIS / CBAM* NCS / NCOM* VMware, OpenStack, OpenShift* Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems* Experience with databases:* Aerospike* MariaDB* Oracle* SQL* Experience with multi-database and complex environmentsAdditional Technical Knowledge* Exposure to OSS/BSS frameworks* Knowledge of mobile network integration, VoLTE and IMS* Understanding of payment and charging systems is a plus* Solution Architect certification or equivalent experience is an advantageSoft Skills* Strong technical leadership and collaboration skills* Excellent technical writing and documentation capabilities* Customer-oriented mindset and strong stakeholder communication* Strong analytical and problem solving skills* Ability to work autonomously in complex technical environments* Advanced level of English (written and spoken) #J-18808-Ljbffr
