What you’ll be doing: As a Car Wash Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized car wash lot, ensuring smooth operations. Your role is essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the overall efficiency of the operation. Welcome customers to the vacuum area, assist with inquiries and provide information about available services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including sweeping, picking up debris, and ensuring that signage is visible and in good condition. Inspect customer vehicles to ensure the highest wash quality and customer satisfaction. Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage them to leave Google reviews if pleased with the service. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, actively identifying and addressing potential slip or trip hazards to maintain a safe environment for both customers and staff. Collaborate with team members, including Tunnel Operators and management, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. Assist in tracking and reporting inventory levels for supplies, such as cleaning materials and signage, to management. Restock towels as needed and maintain a clean, trash‑free facility. What you’ll bring to the team: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or automotive environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and sun. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to safely lift 40lbs. Competencies
