Customer Service Representative We are looking for Customer Service Professionals for our Getzville, NY office. This role is for people who want to provide our policyholders with the excellent service they expect and need. You’ll be the first contact for our customers, answering billing questions, making policy changes, and offering recommendations. Join our team to deliver personalized service that demonstrates the value of being insured by GEICO.

Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.

Effective communication skills with an emphasis on listening and empathy.

Ability to work and grow in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call‑center environment.

Willingness to learn new skills and adjust to changes quickly.

Receptive to feedback to support performance and development.

Solid computer and multi‑tasking skills.

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Annual Salary: $19.34 – $29.51 (per hour, general guideline). The exact rate is determined by role scope, candidate experience, education, training, work location, market and business considerations.
