Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated Installer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for the timely, professional, and mistake-free installation of custom closets, garage cabinetry, home office systems, Murphy beds, storage solutions, and garage flooring systems throughout our Southern Maine territory.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys variety, and values customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Install custom closets, pantries, Murphy beds, home offices, garage cabinetry, shelving, and storage systems in clients’ homes

Assist with or cross-train in garage epoxy flooring preparation and installation

Take precise field measurements when needed

Explain installation timelines and processes clearly to clients

Communicate realistic and accurate expectations throughout projects

Ensure every installation meets company quality standards

Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, verbally and in writing

Work closely with designers, office staff, and fellow installers to ensure customer satisfaction

Assist with scheduling jobs and dispatching crews when appropriate

Troubleshoot and solve installation challenges professionally on-site

Qualifications

Construction, carpentry, cabinetry, painting, flooring, or installation experience preferred

General construction knowledge

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license

Clean driving record

Able to lift 50+ pounds

Reliable, punctual, and professional
