Assistant Designer - Boy's Apparel

Our client, a children's apparel manufacturer, is seeking a creative Assistant Designer to join their team!
Please note, this role is onsite 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Assist across the design process from concept through final product
Conduct trend research and comp shopping
Organize mood boards
Assist with sample management
Attend fittings
Create CADs
Sketching
Develop BOMs and Style Detail Sheets
Input data into PLM
Qualifications:
1‑2+ years experience in Fashion Design
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills
Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
