Collectively’s Production team is the strategic production arm of our client services practice, responsible for leading influencer marketing projects from kickoff to completion with creativity, ingenuity, and strong project management. The team upholds a charter of flawless execution and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities Responsibilities :
Collectively's Producers lead influencer marketing projects from kickoff through to wrap, including production planning, briefing, content, and reporting. This role reports to the Director of Production and collaborates with a cross-functional team to deliver programs that vary in scale and scope.
The Producer role encompasses three areas: Project Management, Influencer Casting & Management, and Client Services.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Forecasting and Strategy: Share monthly/quarterly revenue and commission projections based on historical data
Recommend strategies for hitting quarterly revenue/recruitment goals
Align on quarterly incentive plan to encourage affiliate participation across campaigns
Campaign Activation & Management
Set up and manage campaigns in our affiliate platform, GRIN
Notify affiliate partners about campaign launches, product fulfillment, and codes
Send weekly newsletters to encourage posting and announce incentives
Recruit additional affiliate partners as needed
Manage the payout process for affiliate partners receiving commissions
Reporting
Monitor performance trends and report on performance 1-2X/week
Add partners to the reporting platform, Tribe, and track post-level performance
Collaborate with the Analytics team on monthly/quarterly reporting, providing insights, pacing to target, key findings, and strategic recommendations
Education
Host training and education sessions for the larger Liquid I.V. production team to better understand the affiliate workstream
Determine optimal ways of working, integrating the day-to-day production team into the affiliate process as needed
Provide ongoing coaching and proactive education for the day-to-day team
Admin
Attend internal, external, and production status calls to provide updates and discuss challenges/strategy
Answer inbound emails from affiliate partners to troubleshoot code, link, and fulfillment issues
Collaborate with Production and cross-functional leaders to optimize the affiliate process
Project Management
Independently or with co-Producers, lead program execution of multi-phase projects across various client types
Develop and manage program timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery and KPI achievement
Ensure cross-functional collaboration throughout the production phase
Prepare key production deliverables, including campaign briefs, activation strategies, production schedules, influencer lists, and weekly reports
Work with Collectively's Business Affairs to ensure influencer agreements are accurate and timely
Provide status updates and optimization insights to Production leadership
Travel to events or shoots as needed
Leverage tech and SaaS platforms effectively
Influencer Casting & Management
Lead influencer casting for campaigns via briefs to casting partners or using the casting CRM tool
Utilize Collectively's processes, tools, and historical performance for talent recommendations
Lead research, recruitment, and presentation of influencer talent with strong rationale
Conduct outreach to influencers, partners, and agents; track availability, rates, and alignment/fit
Manage scaled seeding programs, including recruitment, community development, product fulfillment, and content tracking
Create surveys for additional information and opt-ins
Client Services
Serve as a client point of contact during the production phase
Bring Production perspective to client meetings; document discussions for stakeholders
Respond promptly to client inquiries and coordinate with internal team members
Communicate effectively with clients across email, phone, in-person, and slides
Prepare regular campaign updates for clients
Partner with Client Partnerships to ensure a seamless client services experience
Coordinate involvement from cross-functional contributors to meet deadlines and briefs
With Production leadership, troubleshoot challenges and deliver thoughtful solutions
Requirements Minimum 4 years of client-facing production or influencer marketing experience in the affiliate space
Proven client services skills, including verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities
Ability to understand client and influencer needs and translate into impactful content
Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills with multiple deadlines
Able to manage 5+ strategic client projects at a time
Positive, enthusiastic approach to work and collaboration
Entrepreneurial spirit, ready to handle complex business or strategy challenges
Adaptability and desire to work in a rapidly changing industry

Pay The pay range for this position is $78,000 to $90,000. Collectively takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including skill sets, experience and training, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
