Job Title: Fulfillment Lead

Compensation: Starting at $26 per hour

Job Summary: The Fulfillment Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on‑time delivery. This role leads a team of associates, coordinates workflow, and maintains high standards for inventory management, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support fulfillment team members in picking, packing, and shipping orders

Ensure all orders are processed accurately and shipped within established timelines

Monitor daily workflow and adjust staffing or priorities to meet demand

Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity

Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper handling procedures

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer service, procurement, logistics) to resolve issues

Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and error rates

Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations

Previous leadership or supervisory experience

Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 80 lbs for extended periods

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Work Schedule:

Full‑time position; may require evenings, weekends, or overtime during peak periods

Bonus Points For:

Experience in large warehouse settings

Working with Netsuite

IT experience / software / systems troubleshooting
