Job Title
Job duties include: Provides strategic and operational advisory services, planning, and workforce evaluation/analysis Serves as technical expert with AFDW Functional Managers, AFPC, and Air Staff to support education, training and development initiatives and activities Develops, interprets, and analyzes data extracts and reports from automated HR databases Writes various types of directives for guidance of base level human resources specialists and functional and training managers on tactics for dealing with various aspects of total force training and development issues
