What you’ll do
Greet customers online, on the phone, and in‑store, and deliver an excellent customer experience from first contact to delivery.
Learn our vehicles and technology, present features, and conduct test drives.
Use CRM and basic computer tools to follow up with leads, set appointments, and stay organized.
Work with the management team to structure deals, complete paperwork, and ensure a smooth delivery process.
Follow up with customers after the sale to build long‑term relationships and repeat/referral business.

Basic computer skills (email, web, typing, simple software/CRM).
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
