Job Summary / Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Bilingual Editor/Producer to join our Spanish‑Language Special Projects Group. In this role you will create original, high‑quality content for our Spanish‑language linear and digital platforms, including the FAST channel. You will collaborate with creative and news teams to develop engaging programming that meets broadcast and streaming standards while maintaining editorial excellence.
Duties / Responsibilities
Develop and produce Spanish‑language original content for FAST Channel, digital and TBO linear platforms.
Manage and edit full episodes of InvestigateTV+ en Español shows.
Edit raw footage into polished, broadcast‑quality deliverables using industry‑standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere.
Adapt and optimize content for various platforms and formats (streaming, broadcast, social media).
Work with producers, on‑camera talent, and creative teams to realize the vision for special projects.
Create and upload playlists for Spanish‑language video lists for FAST Channel as necessary.
Ensure all content meets technical specifications, editorial guidelines, and brand standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Create bilingual topicals and social media content for digital platforms.
Collaborate with other teams to optimize video content across stations.
Stay current with emerging trends in digital and linear content creation.
Provide technical guidance and support for content creation and editing initiatives.
Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
Fully bilingual in native Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Proficiency with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Audio editing and mixing expertise.
Motion graphics and title creation.
Knowledge of color grading.
Media management and digital asset organization.
Experience with FAST (Free Ad‑Supported Streaming Television) channels preferred.
Experience with live streaming or real‑time content delivery.
Background in news, sports, or documentary content production.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
Experience with multiple camera formats and editing workflows.
Ability to sit for extended periods.
Ability to work at a computer workstation.
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds occasionally.
