Responsibilities
Greet visitors warmly and provide engaging tours of the brewery, highlighting our brewing process and unique offerings
Conduct product demonstrations to educate guests about different beers, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles
Manage social media accounts by sharing event updates, photos, and engaging content to promote the brewery’s brand
Assist in planning and executing event marketing initiatives such as tastings, festivals, and community outreach programs
Collect guest feedback and data during visits to help improve overall customer experience and gather insights for marketing strategies
Support sales efforts by upselling merchandise and promoting upcoming events or new product releases
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, providing recommendations, and ensuring guests have a memorable visit
Requirements
Experience in food service or hospitality environments with a focus on customer engagement
Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus
Skilled in social media management to create appealing content and foster online community engagement
Proven ability in sales techniques, product demos, and event marketing to boost brand visibility and revenue
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that makes guests feel welcome
Knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies relevant to the craft beverage industry
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism throughout busy periods
