Graphic Designer

Compensation: $17–$25 per hour DOE

Full-time, On-site | Decatur, TX

Role Overview The Graphic Designer plays a key role on the Marketing Strategy team, contributing to the creation of a wide variety of visual assets. This includes advertising materials, logos, in house signage, collateral, digital graphics for web and social media, and more. The ideal candidate ensures that all creative output aligns with established brand standards and supports a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create graphic and visual designs that align with brand guidelines and uphold quality standards

Collaborate with peers, marketing team members, and the creative director; incorporate feedback thoughtfully

Maintain a positive attitude toward constructive critique and continuous improvement

Manage and meet project deadlines, regularly reviewing project boards and providing status updates

Store and organize final files according to established SOPs

Represent the organization positively and professionally

Attend photoshoots, assisting photographers with direction for layout needs

Travel locally when required

Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education or ongoing studies in graphic design or a related field preferred

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (primary), with working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator

Competency in Microsoft Office and Excel

Strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

Professional communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally

Ability to stay focused and productive in an open-office environment

Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and incorporate feedback effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively

Experience succeeding in fast-paced environments with same day deadlines

Preferred Experience

Degree in graphic design or a related field

1–2 years of experience in a similar design role

Working knowledge of print production processes

Familiarity with Asana or similar project management software

Experience with or personal connection to western lifestyle culture, including tack or western products
