Position Description We are seeking 2 US BD Managers to lead our commercial expansion in the United States. This role involves technical sales, market development, and customer relationship management.
What You’ll Do
Drive territory sales – Execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, with a primary focus on the East Coast.Support pipeline development and deal execution.
Win new accounts – Build strong relationships with R&D leaders at biotech and pharma companies.
Execute go-to-market – Work closely with marketing and product teams to roll out new services in your region.
Track & report – Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
What You Bring
Education:
PhD or MS in biology, genetics, or related field.
Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience in sales or technical support roles within the biotechnology industry.
Located in/around:
Boston, MA – ability to travel ~50% within the US.
Technical Skills:
Hands‑on experience with cell and gene editing techniques, strong understanding of cell biology and gene expression regulation.

Strong problem‑solving and goal‑oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in English; ability to communicate fluently with clients and team members.
