
Personal Injury Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal with plaintiff litigation experience to join a growing legal team. In this role, you will provide essential support in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including document preparation, case management, and administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal practice.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain physical and electronic case files
Process automobile claims, including filing No-Fault applications, handling lost wages claims, and submitting disability notes
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones and managing correspondence
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties
Assist attorneys with case preparation
Support trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing witness materials
Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other agencies (e.g., e‑filing systems such as NYSCEF and PACER)
Schedule and maintain appointments, meetings, and court appearances
Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys
Qualifications
Previous experience in plaintiff personal injury law required
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
