Hours and Pay

40 hours a week

Monday - Friday with occasional weekends depending on events.

$26-$30 an hour

Please note: this is an in‑office role and is not a remote position.

What You Will Be Doing

Drive marketing campaigns and initiatives — managing timelines, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and holding everyone accountable to deliverables.

Manage and allocate co‑op advertising funds and community sponsorship budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Develop and execute community‑focused campaigns that drive revenue growth and enhance guest engagement.

Analyze campaign performance by providing detailed reports and post‑campaign retrospectives, identifying opportunities to support and improve results across departments.

Coordinate and manage all in‑house printing needs, including vendor communication, production timelines, and billing accuracy.

Attend, support, and lead internal and community events as needed to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Skills You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required.

2-3 years of experience in marketing or project management.

Comfortable with AI tools and eager to use them, including content generation, workflow automation, data analysis, and scheduling.

Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Familiarity with project management tools (such as Asana), social media platforms, and reporting dashboards.

Strong project management skills required, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure accurate report delivery.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including the ability to build, analyze, and present reports.

Bonus: experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools.

Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and turning insights into action. Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools is highly valued.
