Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in chronic metabolic and liver‑related conditions, associated therapies, and the organization's broader commercialization strategy.
- Lead the administration, negotiation, execution, and performance management of IDN contracts while maintaining strong relationships with key health system accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract‑related activities, including travel for onsite meetings and major industry conferences.
- Partner closely with cross‑functional field, access, and analytics teams to share insights, manage escalations, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Build strategic business plans aligned with organizational priorities while ensuring adherence to all compliance, regulatory, and quality standards.
Preferred Experience
- 10+ years of experience in biopharma industry
- 10+ years of experience in Trade/Patient Support customer facing related roles
- Experience in Cardiology or Metabolic/Liver Diseases (Preferred)
- Proven experience with distribution strategy and customer contracting; developing insights from data trends
- Experience with pre-launch drugs and new product launches
