Our projects

At the Engineering Competence Center, we deliver services and projects for the Automotive, Rail, and Oil & Gas sectors. Our specialized engineering teams work within project and competency groups, whose activities we manage. We also conduct training and certification programs to enhance the engineering competencies of our consultants.

Position

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Business Analyst (he/she) for our client from the pharmaceutical industry.

Offered salary

Salary: from 13 500 to 15 000 PLN gross/month, depending on experience and competences.

About the project

The project focuses on aggregating data from multiple sources into a unified platform with advanced data visualization capabilities. It includes competitive pricing analysis across the market and leverages AI models to generate comprehensive summaries of the product landscape, highlighting performance, trends, and key insights.

A key differentiator is the combination of diverse datasets with AI-driven analysis, delivering clear and actionable insights in a single place. You will work in a pharmaceutical environment, contributing to a data-rich, innovation-driven product that supports strategic decision-making on a global scale.

You’re ideal for this role if you:

Have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Have a strong understanding of Agile processes and ways of working
Possess knowledge of the pharmaceutical business domain (commercial and/or medical)
Are able to bridge the gap between business and technology, effectively translating needs into clear requirements
Have experience working with complex data-driven systems, including data integration and analytics solutions
Can think strategically while also diving deep into product details, metrics, and optimization opportunities
Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Have fluent English skills (C1), enabling you to work effectively in an international environment
Hold or are familiar with Business Analysis certifications (e.g., BABOK)

Nice to have:

Experience working with data visualization tools and analytical platforms
Exposure to AI/ML-driven products or data-driven insights platform
Understanding of data pipelines, system integrations, and performance optimization
Previous experience in large, global or cross-functional teams

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and users, ensuring their needs and feedback are reflected in the product’s evolution
Building strong relationships with stakeholders and maintaining regular communication to align on priorities
Maintaining a clear understanding of the broader business context while developing deep product expertise
Identifying optimization opportunities and defining key metrics such as performance, costs, and KPIs
Collaborating with technical teams to define system architecture, ensure scalability, and address challenges related to data integration and processing
Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity of requirements
Supporting the Product Manager in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog
