Overview
We’re seeking candidates who bring a combination of strong analytical skills, creativity, and experience in building scalable systems for outbound marketing campaigns. Ideal backgrounds include Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Enterprise Marketing, Revenue Marketing: Experience in content creation and ideating campaigns that drive pipeline growth, with a focus on innovative and scalable marketing strategies. You could also be the first marketers at small startups or at an equivalent technical role like biz ops/strategy with experience building from 0 to 1.

As a Growth Manager , you’ll be part of a high‑performing team with backgrounds spanning Stanford, Princeton, MIT, investment banking, corporate strategy, and high‑growth startups. What unites us? In this role, you’ll lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada’s core product suite. You’ll build and execute account‑based marketing (ABM) programs and work closely with sales leadership to shape and scale our go‑to‑market strategy. This is a highly visible, high‑autonomy role that offers the opportunity to directly influence Verkada’s growth in one of our most strategic verticals.

What You’ll Do
- Pipeline Generation & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through ABM and scaled outreach. You’ll be asked to execute on new out‑of‑the‑box experiments to deliver, target, and run strategies that drive direct revenue impact.
- Scalable Infrastructure: Design and manage a scalable, repeatable framework for automated campaigns. Ensure seamless execution across multiple marketing channels to maximize impact and performance.
- Audience & Data Strategy: Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and the optimization of demand capture programs. Leverage data to create highly targeted marketing efforts that drive engagement and conversions.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from planning to execution to performance analysis. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, running experiments to improve outcomes and reporting key metrics.
- Cross‑Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success. Drive alignment on priorities and share insights to refine strategies.
- Performance Monitoring & Insights: Track and analyze key campaign metrics. Regularly communicate insights and learnings across departments to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- 4‑6 years of experience in B2B marketing, biz ops, strategic consulting, a startup or equivalent, highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of tapping into multiple channels—digital and outbound (webinars, direct mail, email, content syndication).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred.
- Experience managing large‑scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance.

Annual Pay Range
$145,000 – $190,000 USD
