The Senior Director, HR Service Delivery provides strategic HR Business Partner leadership and support to our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. As part of the MMS HR team, we orchestrate the integrated delivery of HR support through the COEs, Associate Service Centers, and corporate HR functions, while ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic objectives. This role will influence across the organization and drive strategic thinking across clients and initiatives from concept to planning to execution. The successful candidate will be self‑driven, highly engaged in the business, and a trusted coach and advisor who believes that delivery excellence is essential and seeks to elevate the performance of those they collaborate with across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Global Business Services (GBS) Hire to Retire (H2R) team which comprises approximately 35 full‑time headcount and is responsible for managing the outcomes of our execution partner.
- Accountable for leading the effective management of tier 1 customer support, data operations in Workday and other HR systems, and HR COE operational support including benefits administration, talent management, talent acquisition, compensation and global mobility.
- Deliver payroll and timekeeping operations and administration via an outsourced arrangement with ADP (GlobalView and eTime).
- Serve as part of the GBS leadership team and Global People Operations & Talent Acquisition leadership team while collaborating with other HR functional leaders to continuously refine and improve the HR service delivery model.
- Track and analyze HR Service Delivery performance metrics, proactively monitoring trends to prevent performance issues.
- Develop regional Service Level Agreements (SLAs) aligned with Global SLAs, ensuring plans drive day‑to‑day activities to achieve or exceed agreed‑upon SLAs.
- Review historical information and identify trends to determine achievement of SLAs while driving continuous improvement and leveraging technology to focus on high‑value work.
- Recruit and retain a team of highly competent, diverse leaders and associates with a customer‑centric orientation, BD Excellence expertise, a growth mindset and potential to grow beyond current positions; develop associates’ business acumen and functional knowledge within HR and GBS.
- Demonstrate interpersonal awareness, cross‑cultural competence, link team to organization, encourage excellence, lead through influence, value diversity and foster collaboration.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, COEs and other key stakeholders to ensure escalated issue resolution in a timely and effective manner.
- Serve as HR Service Delivery liaison with HR business partners and COE communities.
- Manage Associate Service Center Technologies, e‑time, SNOW (HRONE).
- Exchange information and understand impacts to other functions outside of HR to better inform GBS process and tracking systems.
- Drive change management, process management, risk management and technology infusion to ensure the success and adoption of the HR Service Delivery operating model.

Qualifications
Education: BS/BA in Business Administration, HR Management or related field required. Advanced degree (Masters) in Human Resources or Business, or equivalent general business experience highly desirable.
Licenses or Certifications
- Six Sigma or Lean Management Certification.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of HR operations (within a Global Business Services model preferred) or HR service delivery leadership experience, with 5+ years at an executive level.
- Experience leading large global service organizations; experience in process optimization and improvement; experience managing global service providers; experience working in large complex global environments.
- Desired: Experience with Workday and ADP payroll solutions.
- Desired: Multiple site experience.
- Ability to travel (up to 30%).
