Pay
$23.00 per hour, plus performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

Event Engagement: Work directly at events and home shows to represent the brand.

Customer Interaction: actively engage homeowners to start genuine conversations rather than waiting for them to approach you.

Lead Generation: Qualify homeowner interest and set appointments for Design Consultants.

Brand Representation: Serve as the front line for a premium national brand.

Setup & Teardown: physically set up and break down event displays, which includes handling tables, signs, marketing materials, and canopy tents.

Travel: drive to various event and retail locations across the local area using reliable transportation.

Goal Achievement: Work toward meeting structured daily goals for appointment setting.

Scheduling: Maintain availability for at least 3 weekend shifts per month.

Requirements

Weekend availability (requires at least 3 weekend shifts per month).

Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.

A coachable, competitive mindset.

Comfortable setting up and breaking down event displays (including tables and canopy tents).

Reliable transportation
