• Pay: Commission pay ($50,000 – $150,000+ annually)

Core Responsibilities:

• Complete state-required licensing education through whichever school option fits your situation.

• Once licensed, follow the Breakthrough120 framework to build a client database and convert leads weekly using our CRM, dialer, and call recording.

• Study South Jersey and Eastern Philadelphia neighborhoods so you can advise buyers and sellers with authority.

• Attend Breakthrough120 sessions, monthly 75+ agent in-person sales meetings, script practice, and AI/marketing workshops — the cadence that compounds careers.

Compensation details: 50000-150000 Yearly Salary
