Duration: 6-Month Contract
About the Role Our client, a leading organization in the financial services domain, is seeking a UX Strategist to lead and drive user experience strategy for large-scale digital initiatives. This role will focus on shaping intuitive, user-centered experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise applications while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Lead program-level UX strategy across complex digital products and platforms Define and solve complex user and business problems using research, data, and design thinking methodologies Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to communicate design solutions effectively Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align on vision and execution Deliver intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences that meet both user and business goals Guide and oversee day-to-day UX deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution Conduct and leverage qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the experience Present and advocate for UX strategies and design solutions to senior leadership Ensure alignment with modern technologies, platforms, and accessibility standards
Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or UX strategy Proven experience working on large-scale or enterprise-level digital initiatives Strong expertise in: User-centered design (UCD) principles Information architecture and interaction design Wireframing and prototyping Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments Strong ability to translate research and data into actionable insights Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services or regulated industries Familiarity with design systems and enterprise UX governance Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, Confluence Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) Exposure to emerging technologies (AI, data visualization, etc.)
