$21.00/hour Type: Temp-to-Hire Position Summary: We are seeking experienced Auto Body Painters to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and paint, with the ability to deliver high-quality results while maintaining safety and productivity standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Mask glass, trim, and other parts not to be painted. Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces for painting. Mix and match paints to achieve proper color and finish. Operate, clean, and maintain spray guns and other painting equipment. Read and interpret plans to ensure proper application of product. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Complete daily cleanup of work areas. Required Education, Knowledge & Skills: Associate degree in Auto Body Technology or equivalent school and work experience. 24 years of automotive body repair and paint experience. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operations manuals, and written directions. Must successfully complete: Pulmonary function test (for respirator use). CRT (physical) test with Medium rating or higher. Ability to perform basic shop math. Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
