Boat Captains $700-$900 Per Day + 1,500 Monthly in Per Diem Join Savard Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Key Requirements: Must hold a USCG-issued 100 Ton Master License, with a Towing Endorsement. Proven experience in maritime navigation, towing techniques, and vessel handling. Must have the ability to safely operate the tug or tow boat, navigating waterways using charts, radar, and navigation systems. Ensuring strict adherence to USCG regulations, conducting safety drills, maintaining emergency protocols, and ensuring all passengers/crew have safety equipment. Supervising and training crew members on daily operations, safety procedures, and vessel maintenance Conducting regular maintenance checks on engines, machinery, and tow gear to ensure seaworthiness. Must have the ability to communicate with dispatchers, clients, and shore personnel via VHF radio and other apps to coordinate tasks and report positions Must have USCG 6-pack License (OUPV) 100 Ton License with a towing endorsement Shifts: 3 weeks on 1 week off Duration: Temp-Hire
