Customer Service Representative
Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our inside sales team. This role plays a critical part in sourcing parts, processing orders, and delivering accurate quotes to customers. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn systems and industry-specific processes.

Key Responsibilities: Source and obtain vendor bids to support the sales team Enter and maintain supplier and product information in the company system Review spreadsheets to identify and verify current in-house inventory Process purchase orders, including pricing adjustments and updates as needed Follow up with customers regarding orders, quotes, and inquiries Learn and become proficient in the companys internal system Cafam Research and locate parts from various manufacturers and suppliers through their web-based sites Read and interpret certifications and documentation accurately Prepare and deliver quotes to customers in a timely manner Answer incoming phone calls and provide customer support Assist with and provide backup support for sales order (SO) building Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Customer Service Representative
Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and follow-up abilities Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data entry Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Experience in aviation, manufacturing, or parts sourcing is a plus but not required
