Customer Service Representative
Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services, process customer phone orders, check availability of stock and shipping dates, quote prices, fill orders to customer specifications, process sales data via computer, and assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products. Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to: Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services Processing customer phone orders Checking availability of stock and shipping dates Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products Assist in the warehouse as needed Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to: Rotating equipment knowledge required Excellent communication skills Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently Must have experience performing a majority of the functions Prior inside sales/customer service experience Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required Regular in-person attendance required Additional Information: Physical Demand: N/A Working Conditions: Office Training/Certifications: N/A Shift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, (8)am-(5)pm Travel : N/A Education : High school Diploma or GED
