Packaging Associate
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm Pay Rate: $17- $18/Hr. This is a clean, air conditioned facility. This is a high demand industry. They train on multiple areas/equipment. Essential Job Functions: Mil-spec packaging for aerospace and defense Computer skills required RF scanner experience required Attention for detail and ability to follow/comprehend detailed packaging/labeling instructions Accurate reading and following of sales order/manufacture order instructions Recording part counts, lot, batch and cure (if applicable) and scrap amounts Proper packaging (i.e., protect materials throughout handling and shipping) Proper labeling of product (how many labels and label content-P/N, Qty, Lot, etc.) Preform cycle counts Storage and identification of raw material/finish good stock Recording of labor for parts kitted/packaged Able to run open sales order(s) report to manage on time shipments Performs other duties as required Education and Experience Required: Understands Mil-spec packaging criteria for aerospace and defense. Understanding of the military, aerospace, or even pharma industry is helpful because there is a different level of requirement than general industrial packaging Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent 1 year experience in related field Please submit your resume for review and give us a call (480) 467-3200.
