The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Employee and Labor Relations to spearhead the ELR strategy across the Americas region. This senior leadership position is pivotal in a highly unionized, manufacturing-intensive business, with a focus on executive leadership of labor relations strategy, first-chair collective bargaining, and oversight of multiple manufacturing sites with a significant union presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the ELR team, ensuring HR compliance in diverse regulatory environments, and will be expected to have a strong executive presence to influence across various functions including plant leadership, HR, legal, and operations.
The ideal candidate for this role at The Company will be a seasoned ELR leader with a background in large, complex, unionized manufacturing environments. Key requirements include proven first-chair negotiation experience in U.S. manufacturing, as well as a track record of supporting restructuring, workforce transitions, and M&A activities.
