Design and engineering: Lead integration designs, blueprinting and configuration strategies.
Development: Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and system integrations following established engineering practices and platform governance.
Discovery and requirements: Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend best-fit approaches.
Release management readiness: Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter release notes to identify breaking changes, deprecations, new settings, and feature impacts. Assess how platform updates affect existing systems, integrations, and guide teams through required remediation.
Coordination and communication: Collaborate with vendors, product owners, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to plan and execute updates, enhancements, and cross-team deliverables. AI-enablement: Apply AI-driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions, including identifying practical use cases, incorporating intelligent automation, and ensuring responsible and compliant use of emerging technologies. Architecture & governance: Enforce Salesforce architectural standards, data models, integration patterns, and development guardrails to ensure long-term maintainability, scalability, and compliance across programs. Security & compliance: Implement and validate security controls.
