Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Intern will support the organization’s product information and digital marketing initiatives. This role will focus on maintaining accurate and standardized product data within the Product Information Management (PIM) system, supporting customer data requests, and assisting with website and SEO optimization efforts. The intern will gain hands‑on experience working cross‑functionally with marketing and data teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Identify and standardize product data fields within the PIM to ensure consistency across platforms
Assist in cleaning and organizing product categorization, including filterable attributes
Research and populate missing product information (e.g., dimensions) using existing collateral and data sources
Support customer data requests by resizing, renaming, and organizing product images
Execute customer‑specific data requests accurately and in a timely manner
Develop SEO‑friendly and descriptive product content within the PIM
Prepare and manage email marketing lists
Add and update product information across various webpages
Identify opportunities to enhance website content and assist in building out new content
Implement website updates to improve SEO performance using tools such as BrightEdge
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Experience with Adobe tools (Bridge, Photoshop, Acrobat)
