Job Description Summary Customer Support Agent I focused in Affordable/On‑Site Operations provides an essential service to our customers and our company by delivering on ResMan’s “Service First” commitment through timely, individualized, service‑oriented support to our customers.

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

Deliver support services and facilitate business initiatives that support accounting related applications.

Provide general product support, helping clients find errors in product workflows and answering general how‑to questions.

Troubleshoot technical issues with ResMan’s suite of products including network, integrations, and system issues.

Use effective questioning techniques to identify issues; communicate steps to resolve issues; confirm successful completion of troubleshooting.

Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs; solicit feedback to improve service.

Develop documentation that feeds training and change management activities.

Exercise strong interpersonal skills: solve conflict, maintain confidentiality, listen without interrupting, stay open to ideas, and try new things.

Plan and organize work activities, document issue resolution, and handle escalations efficiently.

Maintain professionalism, respect, and punctuality.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ customer service experience.

Experience in property management is a plus.

Experience troubleshooting in areas such as Tax Credit Compliance, Section 8 Compliance, Voucher Submissions, Leasing, Move‑Ins/Move‑Outs, Resident Ledger Corrections, Maintenance & Work Orders, Month‑End Processes & Reporting, and general PMS.

Customer support experience in supporting SaaS products.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel required; Word, CRM, Salesforce experience preferred.

Education Requirements Associate’s degree or relevant work experience.

Type Hourly, Non‑exempt, Full‑Time.

Location Plano, TX; in‑office work style, most team members work in the office Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday.
