Elevated Sales and Development Role:
Close high-ticket deals ($20K–$100K+)
Build your own pipeline beyond company-provided leads
Develop strategic partnerships (builders, designers, realtors)
Generate referral networks and neighborhood presence
Influence and elevate 1–2 additional sales reps
Become respected known expert in the industry
This is a player-coach role with a clear path into sales leadership.

$150,000 – $200,000+ income potential

Requirements and Expectations
$100K–$200K+ in monthly closed revenue
50%+ close rate on qualified opportunities
Self-generated deal flow through:
Builder relationships

Qualifications
A proven high-ticket closer (home services, remodeling, real estate, or similar)
